AngelMalus Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 My name is AngelMalus, I used to be a computer programer (from DOS shell programming to iOS, I develop in 16 languages and 80% are not webpage related (like HTML, JavaScrpits, ASP or PHP). I just started this channel, and took on a challenge. ComputerCraft Challenge is about programmer skills. A player is allowed minimum interaction with the world. Gathering resources and creating buildings have to be done with a ComputerCraft turtle. Trying to prove that in the hands of a good programer, a little turtle is all you need. Starting the first ACT, as a survival world, need to hurry up on the first day before a creeper comes and blows both of us up! Follow me and Miko on this new way of punching trees. Quote
Databee2 Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 Pretty damn good idea. Should be an interesting watch! Keep it up :) Quote
Dr_Appleman Posted January 7, 2013 Posted January 7, 2013 I liked your let's play and hope to see more of it, you should show when you are coding since it can help those who are new to lua understand it. Quote
AngelMalus Posted January 12, 2013 Author Posted January 12, 2013 Act2 is up: I did a real time coding, just that the first night was a bit stresful, on the Act 2 i go slower on the coding. Working on the 3rd act where I have a nice manual control code in mind. Quote
Somark28 Posted January 12, 2013 Posted January 12, 2013 Very nice let's play. I really do like them, as they put a bit of a challenge on you. If I tried this I would most likely end up digging a hole and dying. Quote
