Description of Problem:

My friend has a problem with chunk loading. Only a few chunks are loading or none. He has widows 8. IDK if its a problem with that or not. He also gets end of streamed.

He is getting perfect chunk loading most of the time now, but he still end of streames a lot!

Ok now its half of the time and he is getting end of stream 5 seconds after joining...

This is might be a windows 8 issue, since most of the time chunks load fine. Please look at the server log and post it here. It should tell you if the server is loading the world incorrectly.
