crafting table 2 bug

what is it and how do you do it? and how to prevent it. i am a sever admin on a small 8 man sever with friends and one is using this bug but i dont want to disable crafting table 2 so how do i stop it?

The bug is that sometimes CT2 will give you back items that were supposed to be used up in crafting. It's either live with your players being able to dupe items or disable CT2. Also, any "lock recipe" Bukkit plugins won't work with CT2.
