How do I update Tekkit it says im 9 updates behind?

You are likely talking about the MAtmos mod, which notifies you when a new version is available. The newest version probably does not work with 1.2.5, which is what Tekkit is on. You can ignore the notification (I believe it goes away after a few times), or visit the discussion forum here to learn how to manually update it outside of Tekkit.

I do not have any mods for Tekkit nor Minecraft(Regular)beside TMI 1.4.6(REGULAR MINECRAFT).However it the message will show up once more it says,Message:9 updates behind

As I said, that is the MAtmos mod. The message says:

"MAtmos: A r21 update is available. (You're 9 versions late).

MAtmos: This message will display 3 more times."
