Launcher Version: 1.0.4.3 Tekkit Lite

Operating System: Windows 7 64 bit

Java Version: JRE 7 - not sure what version of it, the latest i assume as i reinstall java frequently. However, I believe the version does appear in the log below, but i'm not sure if that's the version you're looking for.

Antivirus Program: Norton 360

Description of Problem:

I attempted to overwrite tekkit lite and one of the custom mod packs with my own archive, and the launcher failed to download the archive from dropbox. I also tried using a 'private' url, such as "C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk"(Got a random folder from my directory, didn't use that particular one). After attempting this various times, I merged the mods folder and coremods folder from my custom pack, into the tekkit lite pack. After doing so, I tried to launch tekkit lite again, and the client froze at a white screen, before the mojang logo appeared. Just to note, when the launcher is downloading all the files for the modpack/s to load, it does say that it's attempting to extract the custom pack, however it doesn't download the pack, nor does it return a % value.

The launcher does not seem to accept local files. You will need to upload it drop box or some other file hosting site. Make sure you actualy put the direct link to the file, not the download page dropbox copies to your clipboad when you click "get link"

You will want the link the download button on that page uses.

-EDIT- I'm told using the format "file:///D:/custom.zip" might work, have yet to try it though.

Thanks, I got it to download now But now after the mojang logo(I know this is in the wrong board now, but i've already posted here), I just get a white screen, and it won't go away. I'm thinking that one of the mods I've put into the custom pack are conflicting, do you know of any way to find out the problem, and if i'm correct, which modpacks conflict with eachother? Thanks :)
