tekkit lite server help

Ok I have got a Tekkit lite server running via Mooshroom.net. I can join with no trouble however when I try to craft tekkit items it just says that item does not exists, the item disappears or it kicks me out of the game saying end of stream. Can anyone help me please?

I dont think you have all your mods properly installed on your server.

I don't have any experience with "mooshroom.net" but I would start by uploading a clean download of tekkit lite and unzipping it. then run that.

do i need to rename the tekkit.jar?

You don't need to rename the jar.

It looks like the mods aren't properly installed. Try putting a fresh Tekkit Lite installation on the server.

I do just put all the files in the main directory right?

Ok do i done the clean install. went into my server and i picked a pump and again it kicks me out and says end of stream. I upload the tekkitlite server via firezilla into the main directory. Start my server. Join my server and then this happens. Maybe there is something else I need to do that i haven't already?

Maybe you didn't get the Tekkit configs uploaded to the server? Everything in the Tekkit zip needs to go on the server.

It may be likely that in order for your control panel to operate properly that you need to name your jar file: "craftbukkit.jar" regardless of weather its tekkit, craftbukkit, minecraft or some other variation.

Ok I changed it but still same thing. I place any block that is not a normal minecraft block and it either vanishes or kicks me out and says end of stream
