Problems with Water-to-Power Generation

Hey guys, Duke here. I have an electrolyzer and a hydrogen generator ready to go in my survival SP world. The problem is that I have to stand there and load buckets into the electrolyzer.

Is there a way to automatically pump buckets of water into the electrolyzer? And after that, is there a way to transfer the storage tanks to and from the two different machines? I can't seem to find any transport-tube-like items such as those in Tekkit...

Please explain a good way to make this system either automatic or semi-automatic. Thanks!

What you need is the Fluid Mechanics mod (linky). Unfortunately, it's not in the Voltz pack yet. Until it's included, all you can do is pour those buckets - as far as I know.
