Transporting Liquids Long Distance Advice?

So in my world for some reason, I wanted to find and gather loads of oil, was like an objective for me. Part of my set up was a rail network using the railcraft tank cart. Now that railcraft is no longer in tekkit lite what other methods are available? Besides manual with a bucket. Is there some kind of larger bucket?

Is there something in steve's carts that can help me? is there some machine I can use to auto fill/empty buckets and transport those instead? My world has very long distances so just using pipes will be difficult.
