voltz won't start

when i try to start voltz i see a java window wich say hello then at the same time one wat says voltz , then i wait and that of hello dissepears but nothing loads in the voltz java window

Same I have no clue what is happening to the launcher or to Voltz but someone really needs to fix the problem
