'Microsoft .NET Framework', Error at start of download [Help Needed]

I am probally missing something really simple but I have looked for an hour and a half and I could use some help. My problem is simply when I run the Technic Lancher to install Tekkit so I can play on 1.1 servers, a box comes up that says an unhandled exception has occured in your applications with details that list:

I had this problem, what you need to do is -

- Download the JAR version off the technic pack site

- Right click the file and press open with Java binary

Simples!
