Pipes broke =( help?

So i spent most of the day yesterday farming materials and iron to make the cool new items. I built a house in a huge rubber tree, and started to make a factory. Everything went well until I put down a pipe. the first time i put it down it was invisible and the game lagged really bad, so i broke it and picked it up. still wanting a factory I placed the pipe down only to have the game crash and say Saving chunks.

today wanting to play the world I got on the inter webs and look for a solution. I found out that If you put a z in front of one of the files it fixes it, however this did not work for me. I play on a mac os lion. If you need more information let me know and I will tell you what I can. thanks.

says saving chunks but when i log in it takes me to the pause screen if i go to this website or use the internet however if i press play it says saving chinks and the screen turns white.

error message, none white screen after saying "saving chunks "

there were 6 fils in my logs folder 1-4 are on the paste bin the others were labeled 0 and 0.0 if you need them let me know
