i have a problem if I Start technic Launcher I log in and after that window just close itself

I have same problem with MinecraftErrorTest.exe too

Haha, I read the title as "Launcher will CLONE itself" and I thought there was an actual problem here. No you just didn't read the common problems thread at the top of this section.

You should have read that. I see by that screen shot that you are using 32 bit windows xp. Keep that in mind while you read the common problems thread.
