Voltz Duplicating Glitch

I'm aware of a duplicating glitch that I have come across in my singleplayer map.

In a basic smelting factory, when any stackable item is in the slot 4 across from the top of your inventory, and you shift + click it, assuming it doesn't enter the basic smelting factory, it will jump to your hotbar or opposing section in your inventory, with twice the amount of items that were there originally.
