Cant set server spawn point.

I am new to managing my own server and I am trying to set my spawn but cant seem to get it right. I have tried looking through the forums but to be honest there is so much junk in here that its hard to find what you are looking for.

Anyone know how I can set my spawn using a tekkit-lite server?? Even if you can point me in the direction of a thread that explains how to do it.

My setup is simple. Plain Tekkit-Lite server unchanged using Technic launcher unchanged.
