Description of Problem:
I tried to launch Tekkit Classic version 3.1.2, as it was downloading the modpack, my computer slowed to a snail's pace, before crashing out entirely. I had tried again, except this time I cleared the cache and opened my Task Manager. The first time, it merely said "Update Failed!", so I tried again, where it seemed to work. As it started downloading, I believe it was Computercraft, several hundred copies of the same few processes started popping up in the processes tab of Task Manager. I'd quickly closed the launcher which prevented another crash.
