Title: Launcher not downloading mods

Version: 0.5.1

OS: Windows 64 bit :P

Java Version: Java 7 Update 11

Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to launch tekkit lite I would get the hello screen then it would just close, I was looking through the files and I realized that my mod folder and my coremods folder are completely empty :3, I think this is why I can't play, Can anyone confirm this? and tell me a fix

I'm thinking the issue is balkonweaponsmod. Log below. When trying to access http://206.217.207.1/Technic/mods/balkonsweaponmod/balkonsweaponmod-v1.10-1.4.6.zip, no file can be found (constructing the URL this way worked for buildcraft and other mods, though it's possible the balkonweaponsmod zip is stored elsewhere.

P.S.- It may be worthwhile to ignore such exceptions and alert the user, so they can at least grab all the other mods and have the option of downloading the single mod that failed manually.
