Help with stock levels in chest

I have a quarry pulling out and sorting items into diamond chest.

One of chests I have has cobblestone, mossy cobblestone and some dirt.

What I would like to do is when this chest has 72 stacks of cobblestone, 18 stacks of mossy and 18 of dirt, any extra should then go to a recycler.

I currently have logistics pipes sorting the 3 different items going into the chest but is it possible to limit the amount in the chest so that no more goes in?
