Launcher Version: Latest. 1.1.1.0?

Operating System: Windows 7 Pro x64

Java Version: 7.0.110.21

Antivirus Program: Avast free 7.0.1474

Description of Problem:

Had the issue that Lite wouldn't update to 1.4.7, but it ran on 1.4.6. Deleted everything to try to make it update/work and downloaded latest launcher.

On opening the launcher (.exe or .jar) there are no modpacks to choose from, and the window title reads: "Technic Launcher - No Modpack Selected". Mod select, Options and Login buttons greyed out.

in %appdata%/.techniclauncher I have:

Cache/launcher_background.png

launcher/custom1/resources/favicon.png

/icon.png

/logo.png

ditto custom 2, custom 3 hackslashmine, technicssp, tekkit, tekkit lite, vanilla, voltz and yogbox.

launcher.properties

technic-launcher.jar

I have a feeling that there is supposed to be more in the launcher/[mod] folders.

Minecraft 1.4.7 works. I tried dumping the contents of .minecraft into the vanilla folder but to no avail.

Uninstalled java and re-installed using offline .exe.

I have deleted averything I can find and rebooted before trying to reinstall.

This may or may not work as I had the same sort of problem. Select a modpack using up/down on the keyboard and login and it seems the second launch everything is fixed.
