Why wont my turbines not work anymore?

When i first got voltz the turbines worked fine i make a fission and then a fusion reactor and it worked great! but i updated my voltz to the newest version and the large turbine that i use for the fission reactor still produced power but the smaller turbines would not spin and produce power when the fusion reachot was on and creating the plasma that normaly heats up the water am makes the turbine spin. Why is this happening and can is there some way to fix it?
