I'm trying to build a EU factory with Geothermal Generators on a volcano, but there is one exact layer I can't place pipes. There are no obstructions, no nothing, it's just I can't place pipes anywhere on that layer. It's not the sky limit, because I can place pipes above it, and I can place any other kind of blocks on that layer. The layer is 128.
