Help on Tekkit lite version updates.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to update versions of tekkit lite on an existing server. For example Tekkit lite version from 0.5.3 to 0.5.5. Not planing to do it yet but i would like to know the proper way of updating versions. I would like to keep the map and anything else that is important.

Depends on if you've modified your config files for certain mods. If you haven't you can just delete the config/coremods/mods folders and then copy over those folders plus the jar/.bat/.sh from the updated server. This should keep your server settings file the same and your world and everything else the same. Make sure you back up the server before you ever do any updating. Things might not work right with the new version.
