Tekkit Lite - Can't craft anything but vanilla after some time...

Running off the mcpc.jar for bukket support. Plugins:

Essentials

Worldborder

Worldguard

Worldedit

Griefprevention

Something triggers an event where most tekkit lite items become uncraftable (but can still be created in). A server restart fixes this bug.

I'm just not sure what is causing it. Has anyone else had luck with this? I tried searching the forums but found no fixes.

Are you using the /reload command at all? It has been found that this can cause mod recipes to stop working.
