Tekkit Server's Block ID's

On servers all modded items are invisible and its not a texture pack glitch. I suspect its block ids changing?

Please tell me how to fix this!

This is not where this goes. Do you guys furious slam your beef hocks on the keyboard blindly? Why would a Tekkit issue not go in the Tekkit forum? Are you allergeic? Does it smell bad?
