Forestry rubber farm and wood farm

Some players on my server noticed the rubber farm and wood farm arent working, is this a bug or are there some configurations wrong? can someone explain it to me?

Im running the newest version of tekkit,

Windows 7,

newest java 64 bit,

the problem is that the forestry rubber tree farms and normal tree farms are not working
