Help with bpermissions and other bukkit plugins for tekkit lite

So I'm running into difficulty in getting certain things to work. Anyone available to hop on skype so i can talk to them who knows this stuff more than i do to help understand how to make these things work properly :/

Or if anyone has better ideas to get permissions setup even with a diff mod idc, just something, some reason i just can't get this part :/
