Error when running the launch

every time I'll run the launch of the server appears this problem

If you want better help, add in more information that may be relavent such as system specs, OS, Java version, whether or not you also intend to run the client from the same system, and, if so, memory allocated to that.

I had this same error quite a while back. i just fixed it by changing the 3 and 2's in the .bat to 1s (so it allocates less memory)
