Antivirus Program: McAffe- Outdated . Is tuned off. So None. But Cloud Anti Virus still block stuf for some odd reason

Description of Problem:

I get Oh Noes Our Tumblr feed is down' when i try to play. I also cant downloa dit cause friggen Panda Cloud Antivirus blocks it ( Which i dont even have instaled)

If you could awnser my problem by tommorow afternoon that'd be great

Try not using a School network to download the client. Panda is a Barricuda program, I know from personal experience Barricuda is a web restriction software thats very popular in schools, and very good at blocking gaming.

If its not a school network, I can tell you that Barricuda is on whatever network you have on hand. But I'm putting my money down on "Running at school/work"
