Creating a new Tekkit server - What items to ban?

Hello, my name is kyllingman2! I'm in the process of starting up a new tekkit server and i need some advice when banning items. I'm not sure what items that bypasses worldguard & redprotect, and what items that can be used for grief. If anyone has some items on their minds, please tell me in the comments! Thanks!
