Memory problem with Tekkit

Hi,

I have a problem my tekkit client it has the problem that it allwase runs on 247 MB of RAM i've tried alot of things

- Just in Technic Launcher at Options change it to 1,5 GB of ram

- Run it with a BAT file

- Change Java dedicated RAM

I will try to give as much information possible to help solve the problem and if you need more info please ask and I will try to give it.
