Sudden unplayable lag, never happened before

I got back into playing technic recently, but I get this unplayable lag. I created a new world, waited for the chunks to load. It lags every 2 seconds, dropping to 0 fps. I went on one of my past worlds and minecraft ran out of memory. I have all video setting to the lowest. This lag never happened before, and I really want to play.

this is the wrong place for this thread. also, you're using 32-bit java instead of 64-bit. get 64-bit java.
