Plugins disabling Quarry's on my server?

So, recently I have been working on my Tekkit server and when I was about ready to advertise I ran into an issue with Quarry's. When I try to start the Quarry it does not work. I've been playing Tekkit for about 6 months now so I know how to make a Quarry. These are the plugins I have currently installed into my server:

Essentials,

Essentials Chat,

Essentials Spawn,

Grief Prevention,

LWC,

Modify World,

PermissionsEX,

Tekkit Customizer,

WorldEdit,

WorldGuard,

-Note- I don't have Essentials Protection installed cause I know that disables Quarrys. I think the Error is LWC but I am not for sure. I don't want to remove it cause it takes like an hour for it to reinstall with removing the Jar and File.

Actually, the plugin causing the issue is Grief Prevention. The solution to this is either everyone who has a claim needs to /trust [buildcraft] or you could simply /op [buildcraft] though obviously the latter creates an opening for griefers.

Thanks man. I did originally do /trust [buildCraft] and everything but it did not work. So I tried OPing BuildCraft and Idustrial Craft and all that jazz and it worked! Thanks again.
