Voltz but not Voltz?

I'm new to this, so I'm sorry if the answer is very obvious. I just downloaded Technic Pack and started it. It opens up fine and all the mod packs work-except one. Voltz. Whenever I open Voltz, yes it starts up normally.... but what I get isn't Voltz. It's "Voltz" with only 5 mods loaded. These mods are: Minecraft Coded Pack, Forge Mod Loader, Minecraft Forge, CodeChicken Core, and Not Enough Items. I highly doubt this is Voltz. I tried playing it anyway, but the only difference it had with Vanilla Minecraft was the "Not Enough Items" menu. There were no new ores, I couldn't craft Voltz pack stuff. It basically is Vanilla Minecraft with Not Enough Items and a different name. I'm new to this so I'm very confused and I want to play Voltz, so....can you help?

you need tyo change your build, technic launcher>options>always use recomended

does anyone know how to fix an ID Mismatch

Thanks! But some of the mods are still unloaded. I guess I need to repeat the process over and over until it's complete.

try clear the cache but make a back up AND if that doesnt work try redownloading voltx but back up your saves
