i posted what i know im kinda new to runing a server so please help having major issues it starts then crashes last thing i did was put a pump on the ground properly for pumping lava o.o first time it crashed like this

please help me with this i do use a paid server hosted thru akiza or how ever it is spelled i hope i didint mess something up putting this version of the server into my server hosting so please help asap
