Hamachi server, Plugin configuration help

I've looked at the various tutorials for creating/configuring the essentials plugin, but when I take a look at the pre-created config file for my server, my mind just goes blank.

I can easily understand why it works the way it does, and I can understand the general idea of what I'm supposed to do, in order to get the results I want, but I find myself unable to bring that knowledge into practice.

I was wondering if someone would mind either creating a config file with the options i want, or edit my current config file, again to get the options I want.

In rough terms, I want two groups, one being the players in general, where they have all the options that they would have in single player Minecraft, without creative mode, the various TP options, the various lock/unlock options, and having the choptree active for them.

The other being the admin, who has all the different options available.

If needs be, I don't mind explaining in more detail which options I want active.
