White Screen launching voltz

Description of Problem:

When I launch Voltz It pops up a screen saying "Hello" which quickly dissapears, after that the game screen stays white and the launcher is not closing down.

I understand by reading that there's an issue in "modlibrary.yml" but I got no clue what I have to do to sort it out.

Just did it with a the newest version and still get the same errors with "modpack.yml" and "modlibrary.yml"

have you tried deleting them? try re downloading either technic launcher or .technic launcher or both or instead delete modpack.yml and modlibrary.yml. but it is strange why it's not downloading it looks like that to me it looks like it's having problems downloading it so you should try my suggestions good luck.
