help charging

hi. iv'e looked trough the wiki and searched the forum but i still can't figure out how to charge the radar gun. iv'e built a coal generator and a battery box but nothing happens when i put the radargun in it.

You need to build/cheat in a Basic/Advance/Elite Energy Cube, in order to charge the radar gun, not a battery box. You'll need to hook up the coal generator from the back, where there is a darker square, with insulated/uninsulated wire to the energy cube. Make the wire go into the top of the cube (or the sides), in order for the energy cube to charge up. When the generator is starting to generate, and you right click on the cube, you'll see that a green bar will fill up at the top. Put the radar gun in the slot where there's a plus, and it will start to charge up until it's fully charged and the bar below the gun is gone.
