Banning items on Voltz servers.

I was planning on setting up a Voltz server, but after watching the video from the Yogscast, I want to restrict the use of Red Matter, Anti-Matter and Hypersonic Explosives, I've looked around and I found some plugins that ban recipes, but i'm not sure if they work on Voltz servers.

Is there anyway to restrict the crafting of such items?

I would recommend disabling them in the config files. I am fairly sure they are found in the ICBM config and all three that you have mentioned can be disabled from there.
