Ender Chests - How?

Hi all,

So I'm trying to use ender chests between worlds.

At the moment only some of the items are transferring, and I'm losing at least 90% of them. After searching the net for 15 mins I can only find unsolved problems or solutions that don't work for me.

Is there any way for this to work?

I have used world anchors to no effect.

This is a known bug for that version exactly. I think a newer version (still for Minecraft 1.2.5) fixed that. Also, it wasn't the problem of chunkloading, because Enderchests writes a file in the world save folder which indicates what items are in the used color codes.

So I updated through the technic launcher from version 3.1.2 to 3.1.3, but now the program crashes when launching. Even when I select the lower version again, it still crashes.

Hmm, try searching the forums for the answer? As I said, this bug is known, so there should be a fix.

I have tried but to no avail. It seems silly that there are no answers for what must be a fairly common problem.

Do you have by any chance Mystcraft installed? On a second thought that could be a problem now that I read the searched topics.

I don't. I saw the threads saying I could use mystcraft to make it work but tbh I would rather get the stuff working like it's mean to.
