fallnangel7 Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 i downloaded the new technic launcher and i cant get it to load any mods? maybe im just beeing a noob so please someone walk me through how to get tekkit, voltz, ect back? this is all it does... funkey100 Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 Make sure your internet is working fine when you try the launcher for the first time and also make sure your firewall isn't blocking Java. funkey100 Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 You have to be an administrator or have an administrator's user and pass. Search firewall in your start menu and click "Allow a Program Through Windows Firewall". Then click "Change Settings" and search for Java in the list. There might me multiple Javas. Check all the check boxes for all the Javas. The one on the left of the name, Private and Public. Then click OK. If that still doesn't work, then try right clicking your launcher and click "Run as Administrator" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What I would do is go to your .technic folder, delete everything and then delete the launcher and download it again, but I think you already did that. Sorry.
