Builders aren't working?

I've been trying to coppy add on to my house upwards and the architect table works fine but the builder wont do anything just put the frame showing where the building is going to be placed. Can anyone help me? And I do have it conected to buildcraft power as well

IIRC they are disabled in the current versions of buildcraft due to major bugs (source: BC wiki)
