Cant download any of the original modpacks

Description of Problem:

why i go to download an original mod pack in the newest launcher, it goes through the stages of downloading mcpatch and modpack jar multiple times before crashing...

All it gave me was the error message that is printed above.... and trust me i've tried to look for the error log...

AVG might be blocking it try changing the settings on AVG's firewall to allow technic though your firewall see if it helps. I use the windows default AV so I don't know the settings

Since the updates I have been able to download the original packs but the new packs don't seem to work :/ thanks for the reply :)

Ok I don't know why but it might be cuz your not using the new 201 launcher build try that and see if it works don't know why though since I was using the outdated launcher and had no probs but it might work
