Mod loading stuck at 1% RESOLVED

I created a custom modpack and when I try to launch it, it loads up the modpack, loads the individual mods, then gets stuck on "(insertcoremodhere)1%...". It stays there indefinitely. I tested all of the mods through magiclauncher and they worked perfectly together. It does it with whatever coremod I have in the pack, and so I tried taking them out. It then just had a blank "1%... ." What am I doing wrong?

Edit: RESOLVED

If anyone else has this problem. Delete the modpack.jar and reinstall it with the entirety of the zip contents from forge rather than just the class files. I must have misinterpreted the guide because it sounded like you should only place the class files in modpack.jar.
