Keep receiving an error report when I attempt to log in

Hey all, hopefully doing this up to standards. Somehow the files on my computer got moved around and messed up my source folders, thus making me unable to open my files. I attempted to remove all the files and reinstall, but for some reason I keep getting the same message.

Help?

I'm going to lock this because you posted in the wrong section, but before I do:

Error seems pretty cut and dry to me, you can't download Minecraft for some reason. Try again later, maybe? Move where the Launcher stores its files?
