Hello.

I have been looking for a Motor Elevator for my map and was wonder how small you can get the wiring down to as I am not very good with Motors. My map needs one to go up against a smooth rock face and I was hoping the platform (standing area) to be 3x3 BUT I don't have room for the masses of cabling I see on most YouTube videos? Any thoughts?

Also,

I was wondering if anybody could give me a quick run down on how Motors and Frames work as, even after watching YouTube videos and reading articles, I still do not understand how they work.

Try Wireless Redstone. That way, you can leave the cabling down there off the frames. :D

I've tried before but I don't really understand Wireless Redstone.
