Allocate more memory?

I'm trying to allocate more ram to my Tekkit lite server but the message in the server.jar is very vague and I'm not sure where i should be inputting the information, i have did some google searching with even more vague explanation, any help is appreciated.

hi, you can change it in the launch.bat

right mouse click on it and do modify

it looks like this:

java -Xmx3G -Xms2G -jar TekkitLite.jar nogui

pause

first number is max ram second number is minimal ram
