Description of Problem:In The log it says failed to run command book.

Looks like you are possibly running too recent a version of Commandbook. You should use the one included with Tekkit or download the earlier version of Commandbook 2.0 which supports R4.

That is the command book I am using. I will try the 2.0 version though. On the web page it says world edit is required I will try that.

I got it to work you need to have world edit installed.
