No ModPack in Launcher

Description of Problem:

When i open launcher there is no mod pack and it says add mod pack in every tab.

Exact same issue, the only difference being I use Bell Internet Security Services with Malwarebytes for Anti-Viral.

I have tried a few things to fix it which have all failed so I will list them here to save the helpful members of the community sometime:

• Delete the .technic folder.
  
• Redownload the launcher itself from technicpack.net.
  
• Changed the setting to use beta launchers instead of stable.
  
• Upped the RAM from 1 GB to 3 GB (Which is what I normally use anyways).
  
• Deleted launcher and the .technic folder and rebooted my PC before redownloading and reinstalling the technic launcher.
  
• Increasing PermGen size (you never know).
  
• Yelling at it.
  
• Giving it the evil eye.
  
• Calling it names.
  
• Beating my head off the keyboard.
  
• Pretending to give up.
  
• Begging it to work.
  

So any suggestions would be great for both of us.

Oh and here's a screen shot of what it does.

Squirrel, I am having this exact same issue. I've had it sitting here for 30 minutes and the whole left side still just says Loading on all of them. I have no idea why.

This only started today too. I was up all night last night playing.

This is what is happening to me. I was playing earlier today, but i was using the old technic launcher earlier. and went to see if thier was update. and updated to this somewhat new unusable launcher? that wont let me login or anything. showing loading on the left. I hope it gets fixed very soon v v. I miss playing on it

actually this is my friend's problem. We tried to play tekkit lite. He tried to connect my server but he can't. So i connected to his computer (via teamviewer) and delete .technic and launcher and redownloaded it. So this problem happened. When i scroll the modpack page it said add modpack in every tab. He said it's your fault.
