Texture Packs Not Working.......

I Tried in tekkit classic and tekkit lite but when i put it in there and open up tekkit i press texture packs and its not there....any help?

Just to check - you have downloaded texture packs and put them in the correct folder?

Yes,i put it in the texturepacks folder... dont want to use fowl language lol but about to start

Its either you've got an invalid file inside your texture pack folder or the the texture pack is not up to date with the minecraft so take the texture pack out see if there is a newer version and replace the current texture that wont work
