Jason Hodder Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Hi all Super noobie here. Just set up a tekkit lite server on an older computer, and managed to stumble my way through the setup and portforwarding and everything. Both myself and a friend external to my LAN are able to sign in. However, I'm having a problem interacting with blocks. If I dig up a block of dirt, I can put it back down, however when I click on it in my inventory (for example to move it to the crafting square), it gets thrown out of my inventory as if I hit the Q button. I've read through the forum and haven't found anything specific to this, and have googled my brains out, and the only reference I found was to changing some config files in a ForgeEssentials folder, however that folder doesn't seem to exist in my server folder. Help! Please!!! Thanks Jason Quote
Clawx207 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Never even heard of an issue like this xD. Forgeessentials is an optional coremod for voltz and tekkit lite so dont worry about them. Im guessing from what you have said, you are not using any plugins(correct if im wrong). So either you did something in your settings, or theres something up with your player.dat which you can find in your world folder in the player directory. If you want to try to reset it you can just delete it, but be warned, once you delete it, when you log in again, it will start you off with nothing. Other than that, thats the best i can think of, check all of your possible server settings. *according to one of my idiots -erm- friends, you can click alt while in your inventory and that fixes it, i dunno, pressing q never did anything for me Quote
