Cannot figure out what is wrong...s

I am trying to create a custom mod pack (located here http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/techenhanced.46743)

and for some reason when I load it in the launcher it is just vanilla. I know most of you would be unwilling to download .zip from a stranger but here is my file https://www.dropbox.com/s/d4ciarchrjqpto6/TechEnhanced.zip

So far I just have industrial craft and optifine. Thanks for the help!

If your willing to wait another 10 hours I'll take a look see in the morning to see if I can get it working for you. What minecraft version is this for?

Make sure the link to your pack when you put it on platform is https://dl.dropbox.com/s/d4ciarchrjqpto6/TechEnhanced.zip, and not https://www.dropbox.com/s/d4ciarchrjqpto6/TechEnhanced.zip
